The Team
Rikke
Having taught her own Classical Pilates classes, in Didsbury and the Prenatal and Postnatal Pilates classes with the Yoga rooms, it only felt natural to bring it all together and open up her own studio on 10 Gawsworth Avenue in Didsbury.
The Studio now open, has become renowned for the Pilates classes, offering Classical Pilates and women’s only classes. Loving Pilates help busy women feel stronger and more connected with weekly, fun and energising Pilates classes.
Rikke came into Pilates after realising the importance of Pilates in both rehabilitation and for strengthening, to feel more mind body connected. She has worked through the reminiscence of a stroke, and knows the importance of feeling strong through pregnancy and to correctly reconnect, restrengthen and to move from your powerhouse after birth. She is focused making classes for women, ensuring they receive the guidance they need, ensuring they feel they work to their ability. Classes are small to ensure the standard of class is kept high. To ensure we keep the fun even though we work.
Having three children herself, She understands the struggles for women trying to exercise when juggling a busy life, flexibility is therefor offered in all the membership plans. For many women, these classes, have become their time. Time to look after themselves.
