1-2-1 and Private Group Classes
1-2-1 sessions are for everyone and will be tailored to you, we work to rehabilitate, to ensure the athlete is at best performance level and to ensure you get to work in a more focused way. You will see quick results and feel a new focus from your sessions.
You can also organise a weekly session Private group session with you and your friends for your Pilates fix, this would entail using the different equipment like Tower and Reformer in the studio.
These sessions can work well either on a weekly basis or as a top up to you regular class.
