Both Prenatal Pilates and Postnatal Pilates are important to during and after Pregnancy both will aid your strength and recovery after pregnancy.
Prenatal Pilates is a great way to exercise, tone and strengthen during Pregnancy. It will support you through Pregnancy and labor. Pregnancy Pilates will also aid the recovery after giving birth. Exercises are simple and effective, It can help you to manage and alleviate any back pain you may feel. The class is suitable for all levels from 12+ weeks pregnant until Due date.
Postnatal Pilates. This class invites you to bring your baby with you to explore movements that are both gentle and challenging, the class will help you to heal, recondition your body, restore alignment and strengthen Pelvic floor, while you and baby will work out in a fun creative environment. Postnatally we will be healing, and it is important we relearn how to move and connect so that we create a strong foundation for the demands of a busy life with a little one(s).
